Kaimera Group

Control Layers for High-Consequence Workflows

We build focused ventures where AI, automation, infrastructure, and human decisions need evidence, scope discipline, and accountable execution before action becomes consequence.

Kaimera Group builds and governs narrow technical ventures and research efforts around fragile handoffs: where intent becomes action, evidence becomes decision, or failure becomes operational delay.

Why Kaimera Exists

The shared edge is not the sector. It is the operating standard.

We focus on ventures where weak documentation, vague assumptions, or uncontrolled change create downstream cost, delay, or safety exposure.

Across our work, the recurring target is the fragile handoff: where intent becomes action, evidence becomes decision, or failure becomes operational delay.

Kaimera provides the structure, governance, and execution discipline to turn those fragile handoffs into controlled, auditable operating layers.

Kaimera is a focused operating company, not a passive portfolio. Each venture is built under a shared standard for scope discipline, evidence, and accountable execution.

How We Operate

The same standard applies whether the handoff is financial, physical, contractual, technical, or operational.

Define Scope Before Build

Lock assumptions, constraints, and outputs early so teams are not debugging ambiguity later.

Keep Claims Smaller Than Proof

We prefer artifacts, samples, logs, and reproducible results to broad marketing language.

Control Revisions and Handoffs

Changes are documented and reconciled so work stays coherent as it moves between people, packages, and stages.

Govern for Durability

We optimize for accountability, robustness, and long-horizon value over short-term optics.

Active Divisions

Two ventures are currently public. Each division addresses a different high-consequence handoff. The control-layer standard is the same.

Active Service Business

Cognitive AV

Overflow AV design desk support for integrators and channel partners.

Cognitive AV helps teams under delivery pressure produce installer-ready engineering packages, bid support, and room audits with cleaner documentation and fewer surprises.

The wedge is delivery control: clearer scopes, cleaner handoffs, and fewer documentation surprises between design, bid, installation, and closeout.

Strategic Platform • Public Alpha

Invariant Governor Systems

Actuator-bound enforcement infrastructure for embodied AI.

IGS applies the Kaimera control-layer standard to embodied systems: AI intent must pass through deterministic enforcement before reaching physical actuation.

IGS develops actuator-bound enforcement architecture, conformance tooling, and reproducible evidence artifacts. Public claims remain gate-scoped and artifact-backed.

Review the architecture, SSC v1.1, and public repository.

Active Builds

Not every Kaimera build is a public division. Some control-layer work remains evidence-gated until the artifact is strong enough to carry the claim.

Active Build • Phase 0

DualKey

Two-key authorization for AI-issued financial actions.

DualKey applies the same control-layer principle to financial systems: AI-issued refund intent must clear deterministic policy before reaching Stripe. Phase 0 is intentionally narrow: a Stripe refund guard that runs in shadow mode, applies deterministic threshold policy, and produces structured audit artifacts for allowed, flagged, and blocked refund attempts.

Status: Phase 0 prototype in development.

Current Research

WedgeBench • OSFF

WedgeBench — Reproducible Verification Artifacts for Firmware Behavior

Kaimera Group is currently developing deterministic verification workflows designed to make firmware behavior under malformed-input conditions reproducible and independently verifiable.

WedgeBench applies the control-layer standard to firmware research: malformed-input behavior should be replayable, portable, and backed by machine-checkable evidence.

Current work includes:

  • deterministic malformed-input corpora
  • machine-checkable verification artifacts
  • validator-backed replay workflows
  • portable adapter-based integration patterns
  • bounded reference integrations against open-source firmware projects

This work is being developed in connection with the Open Source Firmware Foundation grant program.

Proof

We prefer artifacts to adjectives. Public proof varies by division and research effort, but the standard does not: show the work, show the evidence, and route people to the right next step.

Structure

Focused by design

Kaimera builds and governs a focused set of ventures under a shared operating standard. New ventures are announced only when they are operationally ready and ready for public scrutiny.

The parent company sets governance, operating standards, and long-horizon direction across the businesses we choose to build.
